Meet the Team

Samuel & Son is headed by Andrew Samuel a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over twenty years’ experience in property and rural estate management in the South East. Andrew formerly worked for a national firm of Chartered Surveyors prior to establishing Samuel & Son in 2006. He prides himself in offering a high standard of service, and has a hard-earned reputation for giving sound and practical advice. Andrew sits on the Wealden District Council Planning Panel and is the East Sussex Chairman of the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI). Andrew and his family have strong ties to the local community. Andrew is an active cricketer and manager of youth teams for both Heathfield rugby and cricket clubs.

Rhiannon lives and farms in the Cuckmere Valley where she runs a flock of 700 ewes and a small beef herd. She joined Samuel & Son in 2008 and now works part time looking after the firms marketing.
