The Custom Home Package is based on a home designed for Horeham Shaw by architect James Armitage. The available design offers potential for three or four bedrooms, depending on the layout and options selected. You can personalise the package using the choices available for Plot 1. Once your choices are agreed, Leaper coordinates the technical design and builds the home for you. Please contact the sales team to confirm the package specification and inclusions.
Alternatively, purchase the plot on its own and appoint your own architect or designer, consultants and builder. This route gives you the opportunity to develop an individual home within the requirements of the Plot 1 Passport and the site Design Code. Any alternative design will need to obtain the necessary planning approvals before construction begins.
