Now we are into the New Year, the date for the implementation of the new Renters Rights’ Act  legislation is ever closer, the first reforms coming into effect from 1^st May 2026.

• Inspect properties now to address any potential hazards and bring homes up to the required standards.

• Understand the new possession grounds.
