From the northerly boundary of the wood, far reaching views can be enjoyed over open countryside back to Burwash village and its spired church. Access to the property is off Fontridge Lane with a parking area just off the road and a dirt track, suitable for vehicles, leading into the wood.

No public rights of way exist across the property. The Vendor will retain a right of access over the entrance track leading into retained property.

DIRECTIONS
From Heathfield High Street proceed in an easterly direction up Mutton Hall Hill continuing over the traffic lights, passing through Broad Oak, Burwash Common & Burwash Weald and on into Burwash. In the centre of the village by the war memorial, turn right and continue for about a mile and a quarter. Turn left into Perrymans Lane and continue for about half a mile or so onto Fontrindge Lane and the entrance to Phoebe's wood will be seen on the left hand side just before a pair of semi-detached cottages.
