Consent was granted by Appeal to the Planning Inspectorate on 10th June 2016, reference APP/U1430/W/15/3140411.  As a condition of the consent, the development must be completed according to the submitted plans not later than three years from the Appeal decision date according to the submitted plans.  The purchaser is required to submit a landscaping scheme to the Local Planning Authority prior to occupation of the development.

The property presently has vehicular access off the Catsfield Road via an old metal field gate leading directly into the property.  There is however no hard surface track way presently leading to the building.

There are no mains services presently connected to the site though it is considered that they would be available nearby.  Purchasers are however advised to make their own enquiries of service providers as to the cost and availability of connections.
