SITUATION
The Sump is situated in an isolated and rural
position in the heart of the Sussex Countryside with
no near neighbours yet within easy distance of
surrounding towns and villages. The village of High
Hurstwood is in the immediate vicinity and
Crowborough, being some 4 miles to the north,

DESCRIPTION
The Sump is a picturesque property in peaceful
surroundings comprising approximately 4.48 acres
of woodland incorporating a variety of species such
as willow, ash, alder and birch.
The property lies on the site of an old mill pond
previously used in conjunction with the Mill House
to the south. The property is now a haven for flora
and fauna throughout the year with magnificent
bluebell banks in the spring months.
The woodland has (subject to the necessary
consents) potential to be returned to its original form
for a range of possible amenity and recreational
purposes. No public rights of way exist across the
property.

found after 1.9 miles on the right hand side opposite
High Hurstwood Church of England Primary School
down a 150m private lane on the right hand side.
