SITUATION
Land off Hollow Lane is situated in a delightful and secluded rural setting to the south west of
Blackboys Village, which has a shop, Butchers, Primary School and Public House. Buxted station with
trains to London Bridge and Victoria is within easy reach, being about 3.5 miles. The towns of
Uckfield and Heathfield, which both offer a good range of amenities are 3.6 and 6.4 miles

DESCRIPTION
A useful block of agricultural land recently re-sown to grass, in a prominent rural yet accessible
location half a mile from the picturesque village of Blackboys, fronting the B2192 on its north
eastern boundary and Hollow Lane on its western boundary. The entrance to the property is off
Hollow Lane via a set of galvanised steel field gates. The property lies in a single block with its
highest elevation being at its northern most point before gently sloping south westwards. The field
is hedge enclosed with a number of mature trees and with stream frontage on its southern
boundary. The land, and that surrounding it, is used primarily for agriculture but would be suitable
for a variety of future uses, subject to all necessary consents. There are no public Rights of Way that
cross the holding.
