The land is situated on the north side of the main Battle Road/B2096 in the pretty village of Punnetts Town which has a primary school, medical centre and village hall with local bus services linking to surrounding towns and villages.  The market town of Heathfield is about 3 miles distant offering a good range of high street shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, post office, banking, library, leisure centre, medical centres and state schooling for all ages.
