An attractive parcel of amenity land with good road access and with some potential for agricultural or equestrian development.
The land lies within the High Weald AONB to the northern edge of Hurst Green in an accessible location off the main A21/London Road providing excellent access to surrounding towns and villages and the local road network. The property enjoys an elevated position with superb open views to the west over the High Weald countryside. Hurst Green offers a good range of local independent shops with other amenities and services available in nearby villages and towns. The larger centres of Royal Tunbridge Wells and Hastings on the coast are 14 miles north and south respectively.
The land presents an attractive opportunity to acquire a single block of amenity land with some potential for equestrian/agricultural use and development (subject to all necessary consents). The holding extends to some 8.3 acres of mostly level pasture, sloping gently down to the western boundary, previously managed by grazing and forage production. Whilst conveniently situated for access, the land is well screened from the road and is enclosed by a combination of mature trees and hedging and stock fencing. Access to the property is off the A21/London Road on the eastern boundary via a metal field gate set slightly up and back from the road and leading directly into the holding. There are no public rights of way across the property.
There are no mains services presently connected to the holding but it is thought that there would be supplies nearby in the road.
