Approaching from the west and from Battle, at the mini roundabout at the end of Battle High Street, take the first exit onto Marley Lane and continue for 2 miles. On arriving at the junction with the A21 turn right onto the A21 heading south. After half a mile turn left onto Tollgate Road/B2244. Soon after take the first right hand turn onto Chapel Hill. At the top of the hill bear left onto Cottage Lane. Continue for just over a mile through Harts Green and the entrance to the property will be seen on the right hand side indicated by a Samuel & Son ‘For Sale’ board on the gate.
