Samuel & Son are agents for Entitlement Aid.

The idea of the initiative is to assist farmers who may hold a small excess of English Single Payment Scheme (or Basic Payment Scheme from 2015) entitlements and would like to transfer them rather than potentially lose them in 2015.

The objective of the initiative  is to enable the transfer of small amounts of excess entitlements from a benefactor to a farmer who is able to purchase them at market value.  The entitlements would be gifted by the vendor enabling the purchase price to go to the Charities – RABI, Addington Fund and the Farming Community Network – that do very important work to help the farming industry.

Usually the professional fees associated with the sale of small numbers of entitlements would be prohibitive but to help our clients and the charities who will benefit, we will not charge any fees for the transfer of these entitlements.
