Despite ongoing problems regarding Single Farm Payment, on early indications the landed property market is set to be relatively active this season. We have already put to the market almost 100 acres, in eight or so blocks, and have been overwhelmed by interest in the associated number and range of offers in particular for smaller blocks. This trend is set to continue, given the ideal of owning a slice of rural England and utilising it for purposes other than agriculture, whether this be for simple dog walking, occasional caravanning or the establishment of equestrian facilities.
Should you be interested in either buying or selling land and/or associated residential property, then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your needs and requirements.
